    I heard ya'll's snow plowers took one look at this and said; "Fuck it!" Hang in there and have some hot cocoa. I'm sure there'll be a story to tell after the fact.

  2. Well, the sun is shining now, just three hours after I took that photo, the snow is trickling off the roof, but still blowing through the air! We are still accumulating inches as it melts.

    1. Nah. We're in the northermost part of Texas. The weather here is usually unpredictable, but we did see this one coming.

  4. Wow! I imagine Texas covered in cactuses and tumbleweed, not snow - shows how much I know about a state 3 times the size of the UK :(

    1. Turns out it's the second most snowfall in a 24hour period in recorded history (for amarillo). 19 inches today compared to 19.3 inches in 1934!
